Refund policy

We want you to love your Groomora products. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery or 24 hours after placing your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at shopgroomora@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
